I've been doing "self invented" meditation of and on for at least 
10 years now. It does sort of work for me in situations where I 
have to wait for a long time in uncomfortable positions 
(especially airplane chairs with way too little leg space).

I googled 'Zazen, and it sounds a bit like what I'm doing, I will 
check it out. Thanks for the tip.
