Cider & fermentation

*I was making cider out of brewkits (same with beer).*
*It was always delicious.*
*Now, since I'm living in NL I don't feel that much need to make my own
beer since these are better than the polish ones :)*
*Anyway, I'm thinking about cider or wine.... :)*
