eventide space ?

I don't like it but then, I don't like Eventide reverbs. There always is a strong pitch or overtone to them I don't care for.  I had the Space to see what all the fuss was but I quickly resold it.

I'm looking for a nice yet generic reverb in desktop format. The space sounds like a possibility but I remember some people here being not too happy with it.
