Even if its condensation, it could be condensation of .. something ..
not good.

Like the gas result of a blown capacitor, for example!  These can often
emit a terrible discharge after being cold (i.e. in plane cargo) then
warm, then cold again and so on .. So have him check for oddly formed
capacitors the same way you check milk: if its bloated or deformed, its
possibly quite busted.

Could also be that the cargo got some plane exhaust in it and condensed
inside the cooler-temperature box: a sign you should have taped the box
very tightly, perhaps?
