Thats kind of what I was thinking from the sounds of it but wanted a
sanity check!

Luckily I have a friend whos a professional guitar builder and
repairer! It also happens that I regularly give him computer support
so I'm hoping some skills-exchange is possible :-)

Apparently this is the same model washburn Bono played in the U2
rattle and hum dvd. Not sure if that's a reccommendation or a
condemnation though ;-)

What pitch strings do you consider light?

Naaah... The only technology in the vans going to be my laptop (ok, so
thats a big exception!) and a very good stereo - maybe even monitors
instead. No Technology for at least six months :-) You should try a
synthaxe though - My friend Nik loves his!
