following all the interesting feedback on Helix mixer,
I've came across this Phonic FireFly 808 rack thingy:

Too cheap to be true? Paul review on the Helix board seemed
nice regarding audio quality and reliability, so maybe this firewire 
and line inputs/preamps are nice enought for me. Nice to render 
8 tracks via ADAT in/to my hammerfall when I run out of line in... 
or am I just having some GAS attack?
