Well, they're flagship software product is Mac only, so that's the 
market they focus on. Although by now they have figured out that they 
can sell hardware to the Windows world as well...

The Timepiece makes a lot of sense if you're syncronising two tape 
machines, a drum machine and a midi sequencer to analogue video on a 
beta recorder. Most of this is historic, of course...
