Access Virus B/Indigo "Click issue"

Thanks Matt!

I turned off analog boost, there was another punch setting... set to zero. 

I found this:

And setting "Phase init" to "1" seems to have smoothed this.  I'll keep
playing with it, but I think you set me on the right path!
