I seem to remember some sequencer having a “NOTE SKIP” event type that would just skip to the next note, but I can’t remember which one. Maybe it was a Cakewalk feature.

Page 53. Wire this even type up to a “probability generator” and maybe that’d do the trick?
But other than that, it seems like a job for the scripting language of whatever DAW Tony is using. The probability feature of the Deluge
Tony - describe it better, maybe the Synthstrom folks will entertain the idea of adding it to the Probability function of the Deluge.
