Weird Ableton Problem

My suspicion would match yours, something being filtered by the MTP. Its really easy to block, rechannelize etc in that. One thing that got me with my MOTU interfaces was that they have presets and you might have bumped a panel button and put it on a different preset than what you are looking at in clock works.
