Hi Andy and thank you !
You are not the first to tell me that my voice sounds a bit like Bowie but it s ok :-P
About the fade out you have a point …
> There's a lovely swoopy sound at 2:09 that's really great, but is a little buried.
I did it in purpose because they are quite harsh sounds (Middle + High freq) and I was afraid to put too many sounds in the spectrum at this time.
Also depending on the speakers I checked on, they were sometimes coming out too loud and I wanted to avoid this as possible.
So they are there but not here … I recall Joost liked those ear candy too .. :)
For the two-note xylophone-ish issue you mentioned, it does the same to me … it s a bit to much :( I will try what you mentioned.
True : a middle 8 is definitely missing but I don’t think I will add this to this song …
Thank you again for your inputs !

I love the spacious mix, and the way the percussion uses the stereo field. No frequency or distortion/saturation issues at all,I think you've nailed the mix perfectly.

There's a lovely swoopy sound at 2:09 that's really great, but is a little buried. More like that over a longer outro might be a good recipe?
