Well, actually, if you’re talking about the sound fx, you can just set the track setting to clip based sound selection, load up the same sound and change the fx.

If you’re thinking of global fx, assign the fx parameter you want to change to that tracks fx knob and then “step"-insert the desired value at the beginning of each clip. Do that by making sure Motion is on and then hold step 1 and turn the fx knob.
