First 1/4 of the year

Today I kicked off the triathlon season. It was 30 degrees centigrade, bloody hot. 
Swimming: 1km in 16min
Bike: 40km in 1h03 = 38km/h
Run: 11km in 53min. Running was hard in these temperatures...
It was so much fun...

Oh, I was send to the penalty box after the bike ride because I got a blue ticket as I was driving on the left lane. Bloody fascist... 

Up to the next race in a couple of weeks, but first I need to recuperate some...
