Behringer synth craziness

Actually, I find it all kind of sad.  All these reissues display a lack of imagination on the part of the manufacturer and the market.  Have synthesizers really become as dull as guitars, and all we have to look forward to in the future are endless reissues and signature editions?

I don’t know...maybe I’m just getting old.

With all this Behringer gear (that wasn’t presented at NAMM, as far as I heard they had their own show, all across town (2 hour drive from NAMM)) that came out its really amazing what hasn’t come out.

Isn’t it crazy that 25 years after all of us were reading these amazing stories of how people managed to snag up a tr-808 for $50 or a tb-303 at a yard sale
As a”broken radio” for next to nothing, big ol’ Roland still hasn’t woken up and made an analog rerelease of their secret flagship devices?

I’m very puzzled at what Buchla is doing. Euroraum with the old and limited 100 series — they must have gone on a berlin binge with the guys from catalyst at superbooth last year.

But Behringer is really scary. I hate them as you all know. But they get it.
