Let me take this opportunity to recommend the book I always like to rec when speaking about death and dieing: "The Tibetan book of Living and of Dieing" by Songyal Rinpoche.

It's a tibetan buddhist book, yes, but it has so many secular perspectives on the purpose of life, the inevitable death and how to deal. It also describes Buddhist rituals related to death and dieing, but these aren't the only good thing. It has helped me on many occasions of grief and loss.

Also the "dharma talk" by Steve Jobs at Stanford, his "commencement speech" for the graduates is very inspiring when it comes to death and finity.

all the best for 2016 to all of you!

Kai
