Its worth noting that Virtualbox runs pretty well on OSX and is a viable alternative if you don’t want to buy Parallels/VMWare.

(Though my personal preference currently is VMWare, but: this changes frequently.  Parallels and VMWare leap-frog each other, so I have both actually..)
