FS/T: Eurorack Cases w/power

I don't have a ponytail, but do have a curved wooden cabinet. This is
the only way to get 4 rows of MOTM size modules on top of each other. I
DIY'ed my cases. (4 cabinets for less than 50euro. If you want to
include the PSU's you'll meed to add another 200euro for 4 x 2A +/-15V
Power One PSU's)
I do like my wall of modules. Need a VCA, there is always one in front
of you ;-) You just need to make sure that you know your modules. Once
that is fixed, more is better/fatter ;-)
What I find strange is that the monorocket case is fitted with a
switching power supply.
Apart from being cheap, small and the massive amount of modules, what
are the other reasons you guys went for euro/frac format?
