First ebay Negative feedback!!

This is exactly why I insist on using the eBay communication system
when talking with a buyer or seller. Everything is kept on a record
in a way eBay can look up (even if one of the parties tries to delete
the history). I've had a few negatives pop up like this (sometimes
they go through paypal and try to dispute it there). I had only one
case where a judgement was set against me, and that was because I
forgot to clearly state what I was selling was to be accepted 'as is'
due to it being DOA (which WAS stated in the description, but if you
don't explicitly say 'AS IS' then you are screwed).

In most cases, just being a decent human being when things go wrong
goes a long way. Sometimes, there is absolutely nothing you can do.
