That could be your problem. Is the IP address by any chance the same as 
the one of the target computer? Also, the address is in the form 
a.b.c.d:e, where 'e' is the port number. What is the port number?

It could also be something else; that you have some or other program 
that is trying to connect to a certain resource, but gets blocked by a 
firewall. But it's likely that this is your problem.

Now, what you'd have to figure out is whether the firewall is in some 
sort of router, or perhaps a piece of software. But let's start with 
identifying the IP address (I don't need to know it, and I'd suggest 
that you don't post it either) and the port number.
