Chicago area attractions

Here are some of my picks. I love Chicago. Probably my favorite large US
city (I don't count Minneapolis as large at 3,280,000).

See the Tiffany glass dome (largest in the world) at the Chicago Cultural
Center.
Go to the bean.
If you are in to architecture, check out the Louis Sulivan's Carson Pirie
Scott building. There are also a lot of Frank Lloyd Wright houses to see.
The Chicago River architecture boat tour is actually worth it I think. The
guides are really good.
For pizza, Gino's East is the absolute best but go to the one on Michigan
and Superior and avoid the tourists in Old Town.
Go up in the Sears Tower at night (now the Willis tower) and go out in the
Ledge/Boxes - you'll know what I'm talking about when you get there.
Art museum if they have any holdings you are interested in, they have
several you should be.
Museum of Science and Industry is a blast. I disagree with Tony in that I
find the aquarium to be a bit of a bore. The planetarium give a miss
entirely. As much as I am a space nut, the place is unimpressive. The
Science and Industry museum has better space stuff.
If you are downtown, grab breakfast at Heaven on 7. The one south of the
river on Wabash.
Get a burger at the Billy Goat Tavern. Home to the SNL skit "cheez borger,
cheez borger, cheez borger."

The wife & I might be taking a day/overnight trip to Chicago late next week
or weekend. I know Tony Scharf lives in the greater Chicago area, and I
thought Andy T. & a couple other music-barians also did. Any must-see
places, sights, etc.? We'll have to stop by the fountain featured in the
opening credits of Married With Children & will probably detour to
Millennium Park. Any other hidden or not do hidden gems? Also wanna have
some official Chicago deep dish pizza.
