Electribe EMX1 vs. Radias

Now I may actually be the only person on the planet who didn't 
immediately manage to work out how an Electribe EMX1 works :) but in 
terms of functionality, is the Radias a superset of the EMX1?

And is there a special reason why Thomann, for example, doesn't stock 
the Radias any longer?

(Not that I'm going to buy something any time soon, just wondering after 
I was thinking about Gert's EMX1.)
