I think BM2 is also sorta better than FL, which is kind of a 'rewrite' of what you'd expect from the desktop version of FL, and in that sense also feels like a "first entry to the market" for this formidable developer.  I hope it gathers deeper features rapidly, its early times..

Absolutely loving the new background'ing/MIDI'fication of all the synth apps that is happening right now .. at least 5 updates in the last two week, on my iPad, have been about background'ing/MIDI .. and now "genome MIDI" has popped up to make controlling all of them, in the background, so damn nicely .. very impressed, me.
