Piracy is a huge problem with the Android market.  Upload a nice app, get some press, get some interest .. watch it all get ripped out from under you when someone pirates your app, changes some assets, and re-releases it as their own.  Huge, huge problem.

Also, so many devices don't have a proper Market, its horrible.
