OK, I get your point, and I agree with most things you say, 
especially the shared values thing.

Nevertheless I do think that most music, and certainly Romain's 
songs, can get a substantial lift by doing a couple of basic 
things that make a song/couple of songs just plain better.

Anyway, it's all up to the musician :-)
