The price didn't seem too bad to me, but I was comparing it to the H8000 to a certain extent.  So far as I can tell this is pretty much the only way of getting a semi-affordable reverb in a tweakable hardware box.  Having said that, hanging on a month or two for an eBay bargain isn't a bad idea.
