OSX MIDI problem

Do you by any chance have a hex dump?  You can run MIDI Monitor.app alongside all of this and it will show you the real details about whats being sent at the driver level, and so on ..

I have no clue whatsoever, it really is smooth as silk for me and I haven't had any experiences with such glitches under Reaper/OSX .. but I would suggest that MIDI Monitor will give you some clues about what the byte contents are on the MIDI driver level ..
