Sjaak,

 I agree Jay and I used to fight, but we've both matured since then.  I've changed, a lot, over the last 12 to 18 months.
 As for my own gear promotions, you'll notice I haven't done that either since re-joining earlier this year. You should also notice I wasn't the only one to feel that way about the adverts, but it's done now, they get filtered by my mail client.
