Is there anything in specific that you want to know about? Because 
you've put your question so broadly that it could mean anything.

Protocols on top of TCP/IP? TCP/IP itself? UDP/IP? The OSI model? How to 
wire a 100Base-T cable?

If it's specifically related to the WWW, have a look at HTTP, but again, 
unless it's really the basics about networking that you're interested 
in, it's difficult to answer.
