You're missing a key item on all tables: last_mod_date TIME.  Use it to
track changes between 'done' transactions for each id field in the
database, i.e. each id-tagged thing in the database will have state
changes - track that change with last_mod_date alongside id (or use
database intrinsics) to notify state over time of use.

Other than that, looks pretty flat.
