Modeling databases

Hello,

In my everlasting studies I've come to the part that covers databases.

One task is to model a database that supposed to be the backend for a 
musicfestivalsite where there's to be a public site and then some admin 
pages where you set up artists, schedules, tasks for workers etc.

I've come up with two models so far:
