One more comment...

It seems there is still a bit of a debate on fluorescent studio lights 
within the photographer community. Some seem to like it, others don't. 
But from what I gather I assume you should get decent enough results 
with them if heat is an issue. The word "cheap" doesn't come into play 
though.
