Sorry. That's may be a bit harsh. :)
What I really meant was that a certain portion of the 'English' go on 
holiday to teach Johnny Foreigner their culture, not to learn anything 
about Johnny's weird ways. Only problem is, once in another land, they 
have nothing cultural to declare, or have lost it all in a sea of drink, 
propaganda and narcotics.

These observations could have repercussions, belittling my decent image 
on this forum ;)
