This wasn't a competition, it's the yearly (ish) compilarion album produced
by the Underworld fan forum borndirty.org (formerly darktrain.org, and
before that dirty.org). As of today, you can download (for free) Chiral and
9 other tracks by Underworld fans on the rather lovely if I do say so myself
new compilation album "Quietly Violent".
