Well they have! at least for exchange - Exchange by TouchDown,  
NitroDesk, Inc.

I almost fell over after playing with the demo - except for inline  
reply editing it's got everything I wanted with tons of options. Win  
one for the android developers.

Although I would like to redesign the UI graphics :P
