I do, on and off. I was using linux a lot for the couple of years before 
I got a Mac. Now I'm on the Mac I use most of the same tools but without 
having to worry about firewire drivers and stuff (though that whole 
situation seems to have improved a hell of a lot recently). I had two 
big problems with linux audio:

1) Shortage of plugins and no system to store and recall complex 
configurations of apps (the LASH project does now seem to have some 
progress on this)
2) No decent wave editor that's not as heavyweight as Ardour.

I've been thinking about moving back to linux recently (do you get 
kicked out of the geek club if you don't switch OS every 3 years?), but 
that's because my current setup of external hardware and homebrew 
sequencing and synths means that I don't need the whole big music 
environment thing.
