Here in Soviet UK, people are less used to goat milk and cheeses.
Cottage cheese is dead easy to make and tastes much better fresh than 
the store bought stuff (and is very slightly cheaper to make than buy).
I made a chive cottage cheese. One of my faves with salad or a baked tattie.
