Open source project management software

My team and I need a project management solution, but it has to be
cheap to free.  Here are the req.:

1. Web or server based.  Something we can all work on and share info
2.  Simple.

We don't neen 80% of the features included in most software.  Hell,
most of our projects are simple short term things where we have a
checklist of dependent tasks and don't need any of the resource
allocation and approval mechanisms.  We don't need gannt charts.

Any ideas?  This is more for support and admin stuff than for software
development.  If it comes down to it, I may just have to write
something myself.
