well i haven't had any problems like that with mine in two weeks, and  
i've got it filled to the gills with apps.  backups are a bit of a  
drag - wtf, why's it take so long? - but they seem to be working.

and hey, its actually really fun to code for, i have to say.   
nonetheless, going back to freerunner this weekend ..
