I guess what is meant by this is, that what may be illegal to do, may not be
illegal to read or write about. In this respect, it is hard to draw that line
I guess.

Hmmmm. I guess I should start a Blog on bomb and love making and - they'l
have a hard time filtering the right from wrong there...
