I love this album by Grace, but no, it sounds really shit ;)

I wonder.. as I own the album (or my other side does) do I have the 
moral right to download the mp3's of a better mastered version of it?
I know I can just do it, but with all these 'remastered' release 
versions of this and that, I can see argument for -it's a free upgrade 
of something I have already paid for-
