Short answer: Yes

Longer answer: Even the obsessives over at the ZTT forum haven't
worked out exactly what's going on. Originally there were just vinyl
and tape versions, the tape was longer and had interviews dubbed over
in places. The CD seems to have been put out by Island a few years
later, then Horn did at least one of his legendary 'let's change it
all a bit' sneaky fixes, then Island did a cut-price reissue from the
wrong masters, but only in certain countries, or something like that.
