Yeah. Run a series of adverts promoting "Scottish Beef" for a few years, 
nudge the price up to pay for the advertising at the beginning and then 
keep nudging the price up as the "Beef Sheep" blinker themselves from 
the rising costs and keep on going.

It's like buying into financial/savings products (e.g. PEPs)
You just know the wrong time to buy is when there are adverts everywhere 
and people are putting things through your letter box ;)
