Heh, landowner sounds nice :) It's more like a dot, only 540 m^2 but 
quite nice surroundings. 5 minutes by car to the city centre and 5 
minutes walking to wilderness :)

2 golf courses within walking distance if I would succumb to that when 
I'm nearing retirement :)

This wasn't so expensive, only around 9000 euro all in all but then I 
have to do almost everything by myself. The digging is the only thing I 
hired someone to do.
