It's more that everyone IS paying for it already, yet we pay at least twice.
(Once from NI contributions, the cost of your prescription, the cost of 
going private when the NHS fails to treat you. Right now, the near 
impossibility of finding and keeping an NHS dentist. When you do get a 
dentist and earn enough to pay, you realise why some people just let 
their teeth rot.)
