usb overvoltage protection...

Due to an unfortunate fault in a USB product, several hundred dollars worth
of stuff in my arcade cabinet got hosed this weekend.  I see that many chip
manufacturers are selling chips to provide over voltage protection but I
can't find any products that actually use them. 

What I would like would be one built into a hub or better yet, inline in the
USB cable.  Anyone know of anything like this?
