Karaoke is the only thing I can think of, either proper CD+G (you'd have 
to burn a CD/DVD in the Karaoke standard, which isn't at all that easy 
to do; last time I tried. I know, G! karaoke, eeeeww)

BUT

There is an MP3 standard I think.
Should work with Winamp and maybe media player..

Hunt for MP3+G plugin etc.

You'll need to hunt for software to create your own ones..
