Dreamweaver - what edition

[K9 Kai Niggemann]

Check out wordpress.org. Many people say it's too basic and too buggy.  
I wouldn't know. I use it for my site and it works. It's free, but  
requires an FTP client, a mySQL (simple to setup though) and a bit of  
tweaking in CSS-land...
