Dreamweaver - what edition

Hey all

 

What edition of Dreamweaver is the minimum I should be looking at?  My site
is pretty firkin basic and I have no plans to change this.

 

Maybe there is something else out there that is free or cheaper?  Please
don't say - just use notepad and HTML as I am way too lazy/stupid..
