I do a full one here every week :) every Tuesday morning the garbage  
gets picked up, so Monday night when I put the garbage out before  
going to bed I start my full disk backup. Easy peasy!

Besides that I should be doing daily rsyncs to my external drives when  
I'm plugged in...
