I had my hands on one during SIGGRAPH 05 when they showed the prototype. 
Not sure how much has changed since, but reading through Paul Nagle's 
review in SoS, probably not *that* much.

My conclusion? Fun, certainly. Inspiring? Yes. Worth ?600? Not for me...
